About Our Studio

Queens Community Yoga is a space to slow down and share practice in a way that feels welcoming and easy to step into. Rooted in the understanding of yoga as union, we gather through movement, breath, and presence, creating connection in a world that often feels disconnected. In one of the most diverse places in the world, we honor the many cultures, languages, and lived experiences that shape Queens, holding space where all are welcomed and reflected. Guided by the teachings of yoga, including ahimsa, the practice of non harming, we cultivate steadiness, awareness, and care, carrying what we practice into the rhythms of everyday life.

Our Yoga Classes

Join us for yoga sessions that offer a chance to slow down and reset, offering a blend of Hatha and Vinyasa styles to suit all levels. Join us for guided sessions that focus on breath, flexibility, and mindfulness, helping you to achieve a balanced body and mind.

Hatha Yoga

Hatha Yoga is a gentle practice that focuses on balancing the body, mind, and breath through a series of physical postures (asanas) and breathwork (pranayama). The class begins with a warm-up to center the body and mind, followed by a variety of poses designed to improve flexibility, strength, and balance. Clear instructions on alignment and modifications make the practice accessible for all levels. The class ends with a relaxing cool-down and Savasana, allowing you to absorb the benefits of the session. Ideal for beginners and those of any level looking to reduce stress, improve flexibility, and cultivate mindfulness and overall well-being.

Join our dynamic Vinyasa Flow classes that synchronize movement with breath, creating a fluid and invigorating practice. Suitable for all levels, these classes offer a more energetic approach to yoga, promoting strength, endurance, and mindfulness.
